- Cancelling the unavailable item and issuing a refund.
B&B Collectables reserves the right to modify or remove products, adjust prices, or discontinue services without prior notice. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by such changes.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD. Additional charges such as shipping fees or taxes will be displayed at checkout.
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and up‑to‑date billing information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be processed successfully.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.
4. Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email is a confirmation of receipt only and does not guarantee acceptance.
We may reject or cancel orders for reasons including (but not limited to):
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times can vary depending on product availability, shipping method, and your location.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking details. B&B Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, or weather‑related issues.

6. Click & Collect Policy
Customers have 7 calendar days from the moment they receive notification that their order is ready for collection to pick up their items.
If the order is not collected within this period and no prior arrangements have been made, the order may be cancelled and refunded automatically.
To ensure correct handover of goods:
- Only individuals listed on the order may collect it
- Valid photo ID may be required at pickup
This policy helps us manage limited storage space and maintain timely order processing.
7. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and instructions.
Pre‑Order Cancellations
Cancelling a pre‑order after it has been processed or prepared for pickup will incur a 10% processing and restocking fee to cover administrative and handling costs.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, images, product descriptions, and logos—is owned by B&B Collectables or its authorised licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reuse, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission from B&B Collectables.
